I have been in full time Christian service since 1997. During that time I have been blessed to be a part of so many amazing things as the Lord has took us from season to seson in Canada. I had an amazing season in Vancouver, serving in the inner-city for almost a decade. There was another amazing season in Liberia and now in these past years God has given me the priviledge of spear heading many national mandates to influence our national leaders, raise up prayer in Canada while still having many opportunities to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and see lives impacted. It has been a great season.
About 3 years ago (2006) the Lord laid it on my heart to relocate to Ottawa. After much prayer and consulation with the leaders I walk we discerned that this was God's timing. At this same time the Lord challenged me to make room in my life for young adults that wanted to give themselves to a consecrated season of serving the Lord to come and walk with me as interns. That began our Ottawa ministry internship.
In the last 3 years I have had almost a dozen come and run with me in this capacity. I am convinced God has sent me some of the nations best! (I am biased of course - they won my heart.) While with me they worked my schedule most days (12-16 hour days for 6 days of the week), served, served and served some more. Prayed, prayed and prayed some more. Fasted, traveled, saw miracles, saw lives changed, laughed, cried...you name it, we have experienced it. They did all this living by faith, taking no salary but just trusting God.
As we travel I sometimes have had opporutnity to let them share testimonies about what they see God doing in the nation, on Parliament HIll and the like. As they have shared they have made me so proud and blown my mind at times with what comes out of their mouths as revelation from the heart of God. There have been times where I have thought, "Man, you guys should be preaching tonight, not me!" God has done an amazing work in their lives and when they share it comes pouring out of them.
Not everyone is called to full time ministry - though I firmly believe we are all called to be a voice for the Lord wherever He puts us - however it has become clear to me that a few of the young adults that have come and run with me do have both a call to preach, lead worship, a message or all the above :).
Because of this, I want to commend to you the following young people.

Sarah Sonne
Sarah Sonne was radically saved in her last year of university after reading the Bible in attempts to disprove Christianity and then exeriencing a series of encounters with the Lord in her apartment. Since then, she has burned with a passion for Jesus, justice, purity, and to see a generation of men and women of courage and integrity rise up in places of influence in order to fulfill their destinies and disciple nations. She currently works in Ottawa meeting with Members of Parliament to speak to them on issues such as human trafficking, life, and other legislation effecting young people in Canada and has been published in various newspapers across the nation. Sarah also makes killer perogies.
A note from Faytene: I have seen few people communicate as effectively as Sarah Sonne. Every time she picks up the mic, whether to pray at a CRY, make an announcement about an issue, or share something that is on her heart, people are moved and receive understanding. It is amazing to watch and I have seen it time and time again.

Sven Johnson
Sven grew up in a farm in Saskatchewan and first gave his heart to the Jesus when he was four years old. When he was an adolescence, he recommitted his life to God after 3 near death experiences in a 12 month period. He then realized that the Lord had spared his life because of the calling and the purpose He had for him.
Since then, Sven has devoted his life to serving and obeying the Lord. He has pastored in the youth ministry, ministered in high schools, spoken to government leaders in Canada and Israel on issues of justice and morality, and interned under 2 ministries in Canada.
Sven has an amazing testimony about the pitfalls of immorality and has a message about the higher calling to sexual purity. He has both battled and overcome, and lives a life to tell of it. He believes that this generation will be mantled in purity.
He is a strong prophetic dreamer and loves encountering the supernatural, but there is nothing he loves more than seeing God touch people where they are at. His passions are hanging out with Jesus, loving young people and inventing things. Sven is also the owner, founder and head designer of “Forture Clothing”.
A note from Faytene: Sven is a treasure. He walks in a spirit of purity and devotion to God that I have seen few young men touch. Because of this integrity of spirit I have seen him influence many, many, many men and women alike to raise the standard of devotion to God and personal holiness in thier life. He is a great leader, friend and influencor for Christ. I also want to affirm the depth of revelation that he walks in as a dreamer. When Sven begins to say, "Yeah, soooo, last night I had this dream...." I listen!! Sven is a wonderful gift from God and I am proud to know him.

Tamara Crampton
Tamara had an encounter with the Lord at a very young age and loved him passionately through out her whole life. Inspite of the challenge of growing up in a single parent family, she made a choice that she would not get involved in the things that can take out a teenager in school, by not drinking, doing drugs and even dating, but pursued the Lord with a burning passion. Her life is a true testimony that our God is able to "keep you."
Tamara main gifting is that of a prophetic vocalist / worship leader. Since a young age Tamara has been involved in many different worship teams and has become increasingly passionate about teaching people how to worship in spirit and in truth. Tamara has a dream that during worship healing, restoration and encounters with Jesus are a regular occurrence because God inhabits the praises of his people. She went to Redding California to take part of Bethel’s school of worship and is bringing worship outside of the four walls of the church into the streets, doing worship on the streets of Edmonton.
Tamara is passionate about seeing young people burn with a fire that wont burn out and to see the world set ablaze with the love of Jesus.
A note from Faytene: Tamara is one of the treasures of my heart. Passionate is hardly a strong enough word for her! She is full of wholehearted love for Jesus and not afraid to express it. In worship she has a real gift from the Lord. She has been a part of leading worship at several national events we have done (TheCRYs and conferences) and I have seen her repeatedly usher people into the centre of God's heart through song. You will love what she carries in the Lord.

Often times people will ask what exactly is involved in brining someone in to speak. The following are NOT MANDATORY requirements but will sure help if you are able to full fill them. Feel free to e-mail if you have any questions.
IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF OTTAWA:
- if hosts can help provide transportation to and from the location that would be amazing as some of these do not have wheels
- if hosts can help provide accomodation and food during the duration of thier stay that would be amazing (this is so that they can be totally focused on prayer and ministering to your fellowship and not distracted by trying to figure out where their next meal is coming from or where they are going to be sleeping)
- depending on the engagement, normally an honourarium can be sown into them, there are NO 'set fees' nor do we charge for preaching the Word of God. We are willing to do it for free. At the same time, if you are able to sow an honourarium this helps keep us going and is appreciated. For biblical references about this see Mt. 10:10, 1 Tim 5:18 etc.
Again, none of these are mandatory requirements. If you are not able to fullfill the above the person you are inviting will pray about coming anyway and just trusting God to help get them there, sustain them while there, and get them home again! It is our priviledge and joy to serve the Body of Christ and stirr up revival in our generation.
