About Faytene:
Faytene has been in full-time Christian service since 1997.
She began in ministry by serving extensively on the inner-city streets of Vancouver leading and establishing outreaches to serve the poor, homeless and/or addicted through her home church and in cooperation with various other inner-city ministries.
In her first two years of official full time Christian service she also functioned as city wide director of Neighbour Link Vancouver, a ministry of World Vision Canada which mobilizes churches to serve the needy in their community in practical ways (food delivery, visitation, home care etc.). During these years NeighbourLink experienced exponential growth with many new churches being mobilized to be the hands and feet of Christ to the city of Vancouver.
In 2000, after being miraculously healed of a terminal illness (auto immune hepatitis), she transitioned to oversees missionary and humanitarian work. During this period she served in West Africa for 7 months under Hope for the Nations in a rescue mission for malnourished children. In this term she planted a church, established a mercy ministry that is thriving to this day and saw multitudes of people healed, delivered and come to Christ. Since returning to North America Faytene's focus has been on advancing the gospel of Jesus Christ, and Godly values, into North American culture through media development, writing, preaching/teaching and events.
Over the last years she has given leadership to many mass solemn assemblies in Canada (TheCRYs) and national conferences. Her first mass distributed book, Stand On Guard, has become a national best seller through self distribution and has been accepted to the Parliamentary Library of Canada. Her next mass distributed book, Marked, is quickly gaining a reputation as a "life changing" read.
Faytene is currently regarded as one of the most influential Christian spokespersons in Canada for Christian values and was recently listed by Charisma Magazine as one of 21 emerging leaders of Tomorrow's church globally. In 2008 she was also awarded the 2nd annual emerging leadership award by the All Nations Convocation with Tom Hess in Jerusalem.
Currently, Faytene gives leadership to several ministries (see links above), travels extensively and often appears on television broadcasts. Her passion is to exhort the Body of Christ to be salt and light in the earth, to carry the fragrance of Christ and to live their lives to the max. In her meetings people regularly come to faith in Christ, experience His Spirit supernaturally and are healed. The message she brings is always strong, passionate and measured to the Word of God.
As of March 1, 2011, Faytene is happily married to Robert Grasseschi.
About Robert:
Robert John Grasseschi had a radical encounter with Holy Spirit in mid April 2007 and since that time has been a passionate pursuer of the things of God.
Life background:
Robert John Grasseschi became the all-time leading scorer in basketball at his high school and received a basketball scholarship for college. He has also traveled the world as a model and actor. His achievements in the entertainment industry include being on the second team on the Cast Away movie set and rehearsing with Tom Hanks and Helen Hunt under the direction of Robert Zemackus. The CBS morning show featured Robert in a fitness segment. He worked with Alfred Dunhill, Hong Kong and Reebok on runway. Numerous national and international advertisements have spotlighted him throughout his career. These advertisements have included Pepsi and many other corporations.
Currently Robert serves as a model missionary and is excited to see the unconditional love and grace of Christ brought into the entertainment industry and beyond. He counts it an honour to serve Christ in this way. In addition Robert is currently working on his first book which shares his personal testimony of God's saving grace and unconditional love. This book is expected to be released later in 2011. Stay tuned!

Biblical Training: Upon completion of an undergrad at a Simon Fraser University Faytene threw herself into biblical studies. She achieved a 4.33 (A+) average at Pacific Life Bible College into her third year. In this same year she was recruited for a full time ministry position with NeighbourLink Vancouver. At this point, Faytene and her leaders decided it was time to transition and so she stepped down from Bible College and accepted the position. During this time she studied Systematic Theology under her pastor. Since then, Faytene has taken multiple ministry schools and seminars to keep her sharp in the word and spirit.
Accountability:
Faytene walks in strong accountability with her local pastors, legal board and a senior advisory team of recognized national leaders who give input into her life and ministry on a regular basis.
*Notice: Due to the fact that secular media has tried in the past to attend her church on Sunday mornings for reporting purposes against the wishes of her senior pastors, we will not be posting her home church on this web site.
